Our ACTivate literacy workshops are all about to getting young people to fall in love with reading! Today, teachers and students face more pressure and expectation than ever before. We want to carve out a space in which we can offer young people permission to experience the joy of imaginative play and creative discovery.
Our facilitators are highly skilled professional performers with a love and commitment to education. We offer workshops based on a specific curriculum or non-curriculum text, using a series of practical games and exercises to explore the themes, characters and questions it raises.
Bringing the story to life in a practical setting, we aim to build and nurture confidence, ignite curiosity and harness literary understanding.
